All Akiraa soaps are handcrafted using the cold process method. Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance are natural and part of the handmade process. These do not affect product quality.
As individual skin preferences vary, we encourage mindful use and patch testing before regular application.
Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our website and are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
For bulk, gifting, or customised orders, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing an order.
Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days unless otherwise mentioned (such as pre-orders). Delivery timelines typically range between 2–7 working days, depending on location and courier services.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders due to curing timelines. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Pre-order timelines are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the products.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal care nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order is delivered.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist you accordingly.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Akiraa soaps are made using natural oils, butters, botanicals, and milk. Individual skin sensitivities can vary, even with gentle ingredients.
