REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
At Akiraa, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering our handcrafted products. To ensure a transparent and hassle-free process, we follow a strict refund policy.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns. However, in case of damage during transit, a refund will be processed under the following conditions.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist you accordingly.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a clear, unedited video proof of the package being opened immediately upon delivery. The video should show the package in its original, unopened state and clearly highlight any damage to the product. Without this proof, refunds will not be entertained.
Refund Process
• Once the video proof is received and verified, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 working days and credited to your original payment method.
• Refunds will only be given in cases of genuine transit damage; minor variations in shape, color, or fragrance, which are natural to handmade products, do not qualify.
Non-Refundable Items
• Products without video proof of damage during unboxing.
• Used or partially used products.
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
